Are there any clubs in Thailand looking at getting an IRLP node up and running? Or is this not legal in Thailand?

I don't have a good grasp of the legalities of operating in Thailand, just that Australia does not have a reciprocal licence scheme in place and I would dearly love to operate, via 2 meters, back to Australia when I am on holidays there.
